The rules for using Northway’s website: license, prohibited uses, scheduling, artificial intelligence, case studies, liability and jurisdiction.

Northway is an AI agent platform for large companies. The Northway team implements and supports agents that answer on WhatsApp, look up the ERP and update the CRM — in sales, prospecting, collections, purchasing and customer service —, following the rules, access and limits agreed with each company, with the team in control through the Hub.
